Payment & Financial Policy

At OWL THERAPY SERVICES, we are committed to providing transparent and straightforward information regarding payment, insurance, and financial responsibilities.
Payment Responsibility
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Clients are responsible for all fees associated with services provided, including any portion not covered by insurance. This may include co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, or non-covered services.
Insurance
If you are using insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf when applicable. However, coverage varies by provider and individual plan.
It is the client’s responsibility to understand their insurance benefits, including:
Coverage limits
Referral or authorization requirements
Co-pays and deductibles
Any charges not covered by insurance will remain the responsibility of the client.
Private Pay
Private pay options are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose services are not covered.
Payment methods accepted may include [cash, check, credit card, HSA/FSA, etc.].
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Our office has rules on cancellations. Connect with our desk for details and notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled without sufficient notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee,
This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and offer availability to other clients in need of services.
Late Payments
Any outstanding balances are expected to be paid promptly. Accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to service interruption until the balance is resolved.
Refund Policy
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by OWL THERAPY SERVICES.
