INSURANCE
We currently accept Mayo Medica Insurance, Cigna, South Country, UCare, waivers, grants and cash payments. We are currently participating as out-of-network with United Healthcare.
In process of credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. If you don't see your insurance company, call and ask your provider. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
